Page 1 of 2 The Athletics Office, one of the department offices in the university that takes charge in the sports and physical development of the students, faculty and school personnel.
This office is staffed with the Athletic Moderator, Assistant Athletic Moderator and one (1) Recoletos Educational Assistance for Deserving Students (READS) and two (2) Athlete Office Volunteers. The Athletic Moderator, being the office head exercises the following duties and responsibilities, while his assistant, taking place in case of the former’s absence.
- Develop Athletic Programs for the benefit of the student, faculty and school personnel.
- Supervises band practices and performances.
- Plans and directs the activities of all events in the Athletics Office through the official coaches and trainers and arrange for their participation in local and national competitions with the consent of the President.
- It also studies and develops standards of performances for both coaches and athletes.
- It establishes procedures for proper use, maintenance, control and safekeeping of all athletic equipments and facilities.
- The office is open every Mondays-Fridays at 8:00-12:00 noon and will resume it’s office by 2:00-5:30 in the afternoon. It will be open on Saturdays at 8:00-12:00 noon only.
In view of the foregoing duties and responsibilities mentioned above, this office, based its annual report in these achievements and other activities pertaining to its function and supervision.
