- Processing cases related to enrolment of subjects and overloads, applications for cross enrolment and for graduation, and verifications of status of foreign students
- Correcting names of students
- Evaluating special cases (i.e. evaluation before or after the prescribed schedule)
- Authenticating machine copies of students' records
- Certifying scholastic records
